Is technology moving faster than you can keep up?

You don’t need to learn everything. Just understand what truly matters to you. I help you understand AI, learn how to use it, and turn it into an advantage for your work or business.

Portrait of Tomás Krumm

Hi, I'm Tomás.

As a kid, I took computers apart and put them back together to understand how they worked. That curiosity never went away.

It led me to become a digital designer, and I have spent more than fifteen years telling stories with a camera, exploring the intersection of creativity, technology and strategy.

The arrival of artificial intelligence brought together everything I care about: my love for technology, my narrative instinct and my desire to teach.

Today I help people and teams understand artificial intelligence, discover what truly matters to them and bring it into their work with clarity and judgment.

Before choosing a tool, I look at the whole system.

I don't start with technology. First I understand what needs to be solved; then I decide how to approach it.

Understand the problem

What needs to be solved, for whom, and what would need to change for us to say it worked.

Choose the technology

I assess which technology can best address the problem. I don't commit to one tool: I compare, test and connect.

Review data and processes

I look at what data is missing, which parts are mechanical and where automation can genuinely help.

Design the solution

Sometimes a simple flow is enough. Sometimes an agent helps. Sometimes we need to integrate an API or build a custom system.

Stop and think again

If the solution creates more complexity than it removes, I return to the problem. Not everything needs another tool.

Some brands I have worked with

What working with judgment looks like.

First I understand the problem. Then I explore the possibilities: what can be created, what should be reframed and which tool can address it best.

The photo shoot I didn't do.

They wanted a full-day photo shoot: models, makeup and production. The price didn't work for them. I asked to see what they already had: good photographs of the spaces, but empty. I proposed adding people with AI to those same images: no image rights, no makeup, no camera. The same material, made valuable again, at no additional cost. I didn't do the shoot. Today they use the images across all their communications.

Stop. Understand. Move.

"Claude killed designers.""GPT killed programmers.""Artificial intelligence will replace us all.""Learn this before you fall behind."I prefer to start one step earlier. What do humans do best, now that machines can execute so much? That is where judgment, taste, critical thinking and creativity matter. Technology accelerates. Direction remains human.Understand what you need to solve, how your process works and which tools you already use. Then decide. Only then does it make sense to accelerate.

Less anxiety · Better judgment

Want to learn? Start without the anxiety.

I teach free classes on AI tools and processes. Leave your email and I'll let you know when the next one is ready.

You'll receive an email to confirm. I don't write often. When I do, I make it count.

If any of this made sense to you, let's talk.

I work with people, teams and brands that need to clarify a decision, integrate AI into a process or build a system. Tell me what you're working on and what has been difficult to look at calmly. I'll reply myself.
